Getting Started
If you're just getting started, the information needed to
build your online store is already there in your existing
QuickBooks database.
With a few mouse clicks, you can easily transfer your latest
product-related information, including description, cost,
sale price, quantity in stock, and your customer list complete with names,
addresses and key contact information, into your online catalog.
You can even share
non-inventory parts and service items.
Easy Ongoing Management
Sharing data is as easy as selecting StoreSync from the toolbar on your Web browser.
StoreSync automatically compares the information in your online store with
that in your QuickBooks database. You can then control exactly which data moves
- you can synchronize all new records with a single click, or choose to exclude
certain ones on an individual basis.
Works in your Web Browser
When orders come in through your online store, you can generate
sales receipts and automatically update your inventory levels
in QuickBooks. At the same time, any new customers who have
registered online are transferred to your QuickBooks database.
If you make changes to your QuickBooks data, such as updating
a customer's phone number or changing the price of a product,
these updates will automatically appear in your online store.

- QuickBooks Pro and Premier Editions 2002-2003, QuickBooks
Enterprise Solutions 2.0, QuickBooks Online Edition, and
Canadian editions of QuickBooks Pro and Premier 2003
- Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
- StoreSense Standard, Professional or Professional
Plus store, version 5.1 or higher (QuickBooks Canadian
Editions require version 5.5.1 or higher). Supports QuickBooks
multi-use capability.
